Delete your account

Deleting is immediate and permanent. It can't be undone.

In the app

Open Heartpact, go to Us, tap Delete my account, and enter your password.

For accounts made with an email and password. Signed up with Google? Email us from that address (below) and we'll delete it.

Your profile and sign-in details.
Your cycle and pregnancy records, food log, dares and their results, daily answers, messages you sent, devices and notifications.
Photos and videos you added to the shared album. They're removed from storage within minutes.
Games you played as a couple.

If you're linked, your partner is unlinked and told you've left. What they added themselves (their photos, answers and messages) stays theirs.

Deleting doesn't cancel Heartpact Plus. Google Play keeps charging until you cancel the subscription.

Email support@heartpact.me from the address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
